Spectacular accumulation from $35-$49 in 2020
An increased spread decreased volume candle (retail sell-off) has brought price back into this demand. Lucky us!

It’s very likely buyers defend this level once again.

The semi-annual chart confirms buyers are active on this retest,
Shown by the increased volume inverted hammer.

This is the art/science behind the market…
Notice how the inverted hammer candle in support is much smaller than the candle that sold price down to the support…
That’s an anomaly. Things aren’t adding up.

The sell-off was false, backed by low volume.
Only impatient retail investors sold out of their positions.

The bottom is valid, backed by high volume.
Patient, institutional investors waited for demand and BOOM.
They are buying once again.

Actually though, they were buying the entire sell candle was well…

The 2022 sell-off from a weekly candle perspective.

This is one of the most insane accumulations I have ever seen…
It will go in a text book one day.

Inside bar reversal pattern over the $41.44-$42.53 demand suggesting a breakout from this base is on the horizon.

Wildly aggressive accumulation patterns in recent weeks.
Potential tweezer bottom reversal right now.

Conclusion
As a short-term trade, this definitely has potential-
I will say, it could be better only because, it could be tricky considering lots of resistance above before the range will truly open up.

If price is going to make a short-term breakout, I think it needs to happen by year’s end, closing the 6 month candle to close over $49.18.
This means the monthly inside bar and weekly tweezer bottom need to start playing out right about now.
$41.44-$42.53 should NOT be lost or this will continue to chop and possibly fade lower for further accumulation before the breakout.

As a long-term investment, this is perfect.
It is genuinely one of my favorite in the entire market.
The ratio of risk-to-reward is great:
Risk being shares go to zero.
Reward being shares at least double ($106.69)
I believe over the long-run price will go much higher when it forms a base over the $90 support.
$106.69 is really just “fair-value”

When I compare this stock’s market cap and the amount of dark pool activity it has to other stocks in the market, I see that there is a substantial amount of institutional involvement in this stock.
This leads me to believe it is a less speculative long-term investment than say CHWY, which I talked about over the weekend.
I really like this stock!
